Refund & Return Policy

Please read this Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) carefully before placing an order on our website, as it forms a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and KLYAA (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By making a purchase or taking any action to accept this Policy, you agree to the terms outlined herein, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies.

Eligibility to Transact

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

You are of sound mind and of legal age under applicable law, or acting with the consent of a lawful guardian if you are a minor.

You have not previously been barred from purchasing from us due to violations of law or our policies.

You have read and agreed to all policies mentioned above.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 5-day return and 5-day exchange policy, applicable from the date your order is delivered. If your product is defective, damaged, or doesn’t suit you, we offer the option to exchange it for the same or another item from our store (subject to availability). If any damaged/defective/exchanged/returned/replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 5 business days.

Conditions for eligibility:

> Product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
> It must be returned with original tags, packaging, and any complimentary gifts or free items included in the order.
> Return/exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for reporting damaged, defective, or missing items and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after:

> The returned product is received at our warehouse.
> Our team inspects and approves the condition of the returned item.
> Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days of product receipt.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must share valid bank account details. The refund will be issued to the shared account.

Note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and any applied duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address only.

If our courier partner is unable to complete the pickup due to unavailability or missed calls, the process may need to be re-initiated, which could delay the timeline.

In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to courier the product via a standard service (e.g., India Post). We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to ₹50.

If the return shipping cost exceeds ₹50, the difference will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes

All return/exchange items must be packed securely to avoid any transit damage. Damaged items due to poor packaging may not be eligible for return.

Products purchased during promotional sales, contests, clearance, or special offers are not eligible for return or replacement.

Individual products from combos, kits, or gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

In case of partial returns, all included items (e.g., gifts, accessories, packaging) must also be returned. Missing items will lead to deduction from the refund amount, up to the full MRP of the product(s).

If a customer claims to have returned multiple items but they are not received at our warehouse, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, and the claim may be rejected.

If you receive an empty parcel or suspect tampering, contact our support team within 48 hours with the full unboxing video for investigation. KLYAA reserves the right to accept or deny such claims based on the evidence provided.
